Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"I just used the great services at B-of-A branch at 4912 Tamiami East. As a visitor to the area, I walked in for the first time asking for a notary service for an urgent document I had to send today. The teller was just wonderful and introduced me to Daniel who took care of me in just 10 minutes. Everything was properly notarized and stamped and my document got where it needed to go with time to spare. Great service."

"Terrible customer service. I had asked if the lady at the front desk can help me get $2 bills and she just said:” We don’t have any.” Then I went home and did some research and it turned out the bank can order the bills for you. The bank teller didn’t even bother informing the customer… and maybe offer to order me some. She also had a bit of an attitude and didn’t even look at me as she was assisting me. Disappointed in the service."

"The service at this branch is pathetic. I went in yesterday to do a wire transfer. There were 2 women in offices and a man at a kiosk and a teller and one other lady. When one of the office ladies got done with a customer, she disappeared for 45 minutes. The guy did nothing and there were 4 of us waiting for help. Only one woman other than the teller was working. They acted like they cared less whether anyone was helped."

"RECENT REVIEW OF BRANCH SERVICES: 4912 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34113 Poor Management This branch is very poorly managed. Several times I was told I have to wait an hour or two for service. Today I went to the bank and after waiting in line was told the notary is not in today. The customer service experience at this bank is very inconsistent and unapologetic when they cannot provide services expected. Bank of America is also having issues. A check I was depositing from BMW for $6,000.00 had to be held for over a week before funds could be made available. I was told by the customer service representative - the teller - that I could afford it."

"The worst bank experience ever! They opened my accounts and closed them the very next day with out contacting me or even a reason. This is my first bank account and I have no black marks with chq systems and I do not have bad credit. They are holding my money and every day I call there is a new reason to hold it longer. (Over a week now and expected to hold it another week) I went in to get some help from the manager and the lady out right lied to me about my account. I know she lied because 1 min later the manager told me a completely different story about what is going on with my account and why it was closed. I had to sit there and refuse to move before they lifted a finger to help me. (Told me to come back with proof that a chq had cashed and they would give me my money, but since the dept that had a hold on my money wasn't open the next day, being Saturday, it wasn't helpful at all and was just more of my time wasted.) They also told me they couldn't exchange my foreign currency, and when I called customer service they told me there is no reason why they couldn't exchange my money. This branch and all of Bank of America seems to lack knowledge and customer service."
