"Staff is excellent and friendly, and the place is clean and well kept. Unfortunately, the treatments were highly ineffective and I’m incredibly disappointed. One thing that may contribute to the ineffective nature of one of the treatments I received, the PRP, is that M Spa doesn’t do a platelet count to ensure that the PRP is at its maximum potency and efficiency. I wish they would have disclosed this before I invested as much money as I did in these treatments, along with others. My advice is to do your research before you spend the extensive amount of money they require at M Spa. I hope future patients don’t have to experience the utmost disappointment I’ve had to endure."

As a former skin cancer (on my face) patient, I am hesitant to let anyone touch my face and am skeptical of new products or treatments. Kristen listened to all my concerns, made product recommendations without being sales pitchy or pushy and truly showed empathy and compassion. I can’t wait to return to next month and see the progress. You can’t go wrong with Kristen as your esthetician. The spa itself is modern, immaculately clean and has incredibly kind staff. Prices are more than reasonable and appts are easily accessible."
