MATISA BELLYDANCE MIAMI is an internationally recognized academy located in Doral, Florida. Our mission is to help young and adult girls overcome shyness, repression, and low self-esteem by transforming them into confident stars through the art of belly dancing. In addition to belly dancing, we also offer classes in body expression, yoga, and meditation to help our students face life with courage. With almost two decades of experience, MATISA BELLYDANCE MIAMI has been awarded multiple awards and has produced over 25 high-level theatrical musical shows. Our artistic director, Matilde Mendoza (Matisa), has dedicated her life to teaching this ancient art form and has trained over 3,000 students since the academy was founded in 2002.
