"The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable about kids and their needs. They are great with kids, kind, gentle and really seem to care. To be honest, it’s the best urgent care I have been to for a kid (even an adult - although they don’t treat adults). Just remember to book your appointment online before you arrive. It saves time and gets you in line. Only negative is the waiting room doesn’t give you a feeling of cleanliness. Old building so I think that contributes to it."
"I had the most wonderful experience at this office. The entire team was kind, caring, and professional. Tammy at check in went above and beyond helping me with paperwork and verifying insurance. The nurse Denise and MA Jai were so kind and helped me and my son through the whole process. They really put a worried mom’s mind at ease. Jai took the time to research which pharmacies were open so we could get our prescriptions filled quickly. Not only was Dr. Rodriguez was quick and accurate with her diagnosis and treatment, she also had an amazing bedside manner. My son is already responding well to her treatments. Nurse Denise saw my hands were full and even helped me carry my things to the car. I can’t say enough good things about this team. They are a class act!"
"I have always went to the pediatrix in Mandarin. So going to this one I expected the same level of care. They were phenomenal. The doctor explained what her treatment plan was and implemented it perfectly. I was able to pick up my daughter's medicine right after the visit. The visit was only 45 min long. If we need to go to an urgent care, we will be coming back to this one."
"First of all, the entire staff that was working both of the days I came in with my sick daughter were absolutely amazing. They were so sweet and made it such a breeze for my 12yr old. Not only were they fast and spot on but when new symptoms came up and I called the next day, they took care of it within 5 mins calling a new script in. I am beyond grateful for them getting my Girl all fixed up and feeling better, hands down best pediatric office I’ve been to! I will definitely use them again. Thank you Night Lite Staff!"
