"I go to Smile Design Dentistry in VanDyke and I absolutely love it. The atmosphere is friendly, respectful, and very helpful accomodating. Twice i have had to be seen in a whim, and they have fitted me in the same or next day. My favorite hygienist, C, is amazing and I will curse the day she retires. Once I find someone I like, it feels like family. I highly recommend them. Dentist may vary over the years, rotating offices, but all are wonderful"

"So so upset and waist of my time. I am ANGRY! I called ahead of time before scheduling my son’s appointment here… To ask important questions and details that were going to help me decide on taking my son here or not! Questions that were answered and details “everything sounded “ GOOD. I show up to my appointment and A WHOLE DIFFERENT S THING! I was there early I waited, my appointment time came up, still waiting 30 minutes later FINALLY we were called next. Did expats and spoke to some ladies, etc…. Took 30 minutes just for 1 part of the visit to done… ( it seemed as they were training) ok with that. Then another 30 minutes to be told the hygienist might not be able to see my son nor get his cleaning done as I was told it would be. That’s why I was there for to begin with! Went and asked THE SAME questions I had already asked over the phone before booking the appointment… I was told a TOTALLY different answer and information!!!! My son was just there waiting for his cleaning finally after me looking for a good dentist. We ended up there and were VERY disappointed! I went there for nothing and STILL was charged $49 just for X-rays never spoke to the hygienist ! I was already upset about the LIES I was told over the phone. Nurse there couldn’t make up there lies or information straight for me to understand what was I really there for!? I heard 1 thing here then another different thing there and it was just not correct information (important) info. I really needed plus my son’s cleaning! At this point I wanted to just walk out! They seemed to be ok with me to just go! They didn’t care how I or my son were sitting there for hours ! For nothing! Still asked me for the $49 !!!?? I shouldn’t have payed., really they did nothing I will not be going back nor keeping my husband’s appointment there either! Waist of our precious time and $49 that I work hard for!"

"My dental hygienist Nhu, is the absolute best! I've been seeing her for three years and go to this office specifically for her to work on my teeth. She is respectful, gentle, and thorough. Nhu should definitely be recognized as an employee that goes above and beyond! This office is organized and I rarely wait more than 10 minutes to be taken back!
