"Well, for starters most of the positive reviews are from Spanish-speaking employees that they paid to write a good review. Now this doesn’t surprise me, considering they tend to hire with racial motivation. All of their employees are all of the same ethnic background with the exception of 1-2 culturally different (that they put in the back rooms so no one can see them). There is no diversity nor any inclusion within the workplace. If you are not of a Hispanic background, they will treat you like garbage (not include you in company meetings,, only speaking Spanish in the workplace and not translating for non-Spanish-speaking employees, ostracizing non-speaking, Spanish employees, micromanaging, non-speaking Spanish, but allowing Spanish-speaking employees to do whatever they want,, and the list goes on,). And when you bring this to their attention they gaslight you into believing that you were the problem. It’s so unfortunate that in 2023 companies are still discriminating based on the color of your skin and cultural differences. Please let this post bring awareness to the ugly truth that have been swept under the rug for many months."
