Celebration Pediatrics at Winter Garden

"I usually go to the one in celebration. The staff at this location are rude. Didn’t get greeted and when they called my daughter I assumed it was to go in the room. I was told to stay in the waiting area and they handed her a tablet and didn’t tell me what it was for. My daughter is Autistic so it would have been nice to at least let me know what she was being given. They called my son and I stayed seated, but then the nurse yelled hello mom come on. My son got handed a tablet as well not being told what questions they are being asked and I was told I couldn’t assist them. Not wanting to come back to this location. The celebration location is a lot nicer and friendly."

"this is our first time being there, and they literally said "welcome to the family". It was like a breath of fresh air for us. Dr. Bob seems great and knowledgeable and acknowledged not only our kids but both my husband and me! so nice!!! thankful to have found this peds office."

"So upset to update my five star review to a one star. The office used to be fantastic until they opened their second location (winter garden). I have always paid what I owe. I even have them $350 out of pocket after my daughter was born because of an issue with the insurance. After having a small balance on my account for a short time (I even offered to pay it and was told to hold off until we heard everything back from the insurance) I was threatened by a text message that I may be sent to collections. I was told it is an automated message and to ignore it. The owner should change his automated messages for future parents. Seems like the owner has gotten too greedy and does not care about keeping his patients like he used to. If you do decide to go here I recommend seeing Dr. Toma. Myself and my children will miss having her as a provider."

"My husband and I took our baby girl to this location for the first time yesterday and it was such a pleasant experience. The receptionist, nurse and our doctor were all amazing and made us feel very comfortable. We especially appreciated our doctor and how she noted what would be beneficial for our baby as some things have adverse effects for babies of color. We felt very seen and heard and will be returning!"

"Friendly greeting with entrance, nice open cleaning waiting room, quickly brought my newborn into a room, and the whole staff was lovely to interact with! We've been seeing this ped group for years, but this was my first time in this location. Definitely my new favorite location. Its just a bit more toned down, which is great for my ASD son who can get overwhelmed easily."
