"My previous physician, Dr Correa left this practice, and so did Nurse Practioner Erin. This would be my third physician at this practice. Dr Agito listened to my health concerns, reviewed precious lab work, changed previous medication, and per my request referred me to an ENT for a continuous sore throat that I am concerned about. Not once did Dr Agito examine my thyroids, my chest or my throat. Much to my surprise my visit was over, paperwork given by Nurse and I was scheduled for my next appt in 2025."

"Had one virtual visit with this doctor and knew immediately I'd be searching for another provider with better bedside manner. The visit consisted of looking ONLY at my TSH value and telling me my medicine was under dosed by my previous endo and then we were done literally. I kid you not the virtual visit was ten minutes with the actual provider and certainly wasn't worth the $40 copay I had to pay. I had no chances to ask questions about other lab results or anything related to my care and the provider made me feel like she just wanted to move on to the next. Even asking further questions on the portal, I was told that looking at anything past TSH was clinically irrelevant and made to feel like just a number that was having a script written for levothyroxine. I'd have a better outcome treating myself at this rate. Don't bother with this provider if you actually want to feel better with your Hashimotos/Hypothyroid diagnosis."

"It was my first time here. I was a bit confused to which building I should arrive to. I made it ten min late. When I arrived they said I had to make another appt I had already used my grace period of arrival. I usually wouldnt make it a big deal but I haven’t been feeling great and I’ve been to the hospital a few times. We asked if she can make an exception she said no. Having to wait another month was not ideal for me especially with the symptoms I was having. I wouldn’t recommend this place to those who expect her to be compassionate about her patients as a Human being ."
