"This is the worst place I have ever visited. They scam you into a two-month commitment without even informing you. The doctor suggests a "health wellness plan" that costs $79 a month for four visits, but they don’t tell you that it’s $79 per month with a mandatory two-month commitment, which you can only cancel after making the second payment. Additionally, you must go to the location in person to cancel, or else you’ll be automatically renewed for another two-month commitment. It’s beyond shady—like a used car dealership tactic. I wasted $160 at this place and never even used their services—two months of service at $79 per month that I never received. Make sure you read everything you sign. Don’t fall for it like I did."

"I had a good experience here. I was able to get in the same day when I threw my back out and my regular chiropractor was closed . It was nice to be able to walk in and not wait a super long time to get adjusted. Dr. Chloe is very nice and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and she understood what I needed and explained everything to me . After my first adjustment I felt so much better and she explained the plans and how it works . I really like that I can go whenever and don’t need an appointment and also that they are open till 7 which works with my schedule. I’m on my second adjustment and I’ll be going for my third and my back feels a lot better I have a lot of relief from just those 2 adjustments . I probably will go here instead of my regular chiropractor because Dr Chloe was able to really adjust me how I needed it to be ."

I had Dr. Chloe adjust me and I let her know I was very nervous about having my neck adjusted and she made me feel at ease and used a different approach to adjust it. The Joint also does not require appointments which works well with my schedule and it’s super affordable without insurance."
