They were very transparent with their pricing (nothing is more annoying than feeling like you're getting the run-around). They delivered the bed when promised. Setup was handled so professionally. They not only install efficiently (and, yes, you are consulted to make sure it is placed exactly where you want it) but they clean up every last speck and give you a "tour" of your new bed.
