"I have been in search of a compassionate ob-gyn practice since moving here years ago. I finally found one! I called to schedule an appointment and they called me back in a timely manner, later that same day. I wasn’t too particular as to who I would see as all of their doctors have great reviews online. I was able to get in for an annual exam the following week, with Dr. Edgardo Aponte. When I arrived for my appointment the lovely woman at the front desk was pleasantly smiling and checked me in. I was able to fill out my new patient paperwork and brought that with me. It’s nice you can do it at home! I prefer filling it out at home rather than in the office. There was a small wait, and Dr. Aponte’s Nurse called me back. She was so kind! I apologize, I cannot remember her name. She set me up in my exam room, with a gown, and said that she would be back soon with the doctor. They came back, in less than ten minutes! Dr. Aponte and I chatted for a moment, he asked if I had any concerns or if I needed any contraceptives; his bedside manner was extremely caring! I explained I hadn’t had an annual pap in many years and he did not shame me at all, quite the opposite, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. As he began the exam he explained everything he was doing and talked to me every step of the way. I really appreciated that communication and his effort to make me feel comfortable, as well as his Nurse! The whole annual exam took no more than fifteen minutes. His Nurse then explained that I can go on the patient portal and check my results online, and if all is normal I wouldn’t be hearing back from them again. I highly recommend this office, Dr. Edgardo Aponte, his Nurse, and the rest of the office staff. Sometimes getting an annual pap can be quite awkward or uncomfortable. Not here! Thank you all for making this as painless as possible and for the truly compassionate care. I will be recommending you all to the rest of my women family members and friends!"

The entire team including Erica, and Leilani in the mammography department always do a great job and make me feel cared for. Their mammography department has a gorgeous spa like atmosphere too. I highly recommend this place."
