"DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. The staff at this facility and the scheduling department need additional training on customer/patient satisfaction and service. They don't know how to properly speak to patients, schedule and confirm appointments properly, they don't obtain correct patient demographic information and leave it to the next person that calls you to grab the information, they certainly don't perform proper insurance verification and benefit checks in a timely manner at least 2-3 days before patients arrive because they tell patients one thing over the phone and when you arrive at the office its another story. The facility can have the best physical therapists but when they hire, improperly train, and retain terrible administrative staff, they'll continue to receive these types of reviews or irate patients showing up to the front desk. Believe EVERY bad review you read on here. Go ANYWHERE else."

Kelly has always been extremely, patient, kind and eager to help. She’s truly passionate about what she does and it shows in her service to the patients.
