"Had an appointment they told me one price for cleaning and x-rays. They did the x-rays then all the sudden I needed a more expensive cleaning and they had to schedule for a different day, wasted 45 minutes of my time then the price was the same for if I would’ve had the cleaning. I told him that’s not right and then all of a sudden it was $70 cheaper when they realize they had something extra on there. I was obviously upset. Did not want to talk, and the lady grabbed my arm to try to get my attention to tell me something which I do not touch like that. Never going back."

"An absolutely wonderful experience in every way. We recently moved into the area and Dr. Swanson came highly recommended to us by a friend. My 86 year old mother needed an appointment and so I went to the office personally to see about getting her established as a patient. Sonia was wonderful! She was kind, understanding and so helpful in getting my mom an appointment at a time that was good for her. When a cancellation made an earlier appointment available she reached out to me to see if my mom wanted to come earlier. When we arrived Sonia welcomed my mom and made her feel calm and relaxed. When my mom was called in for her appointment Gail assisted in getting her ready and she was so patient in trying to get my mom comfortable in the chair since she is rather frail. Gail got pillows, a cushion, made other adjustments and treated my mom very compassionately. Dr. Swanson was very understanding, gentle and reassuring to my mom and provided excellent care. It was such a positive experience. On a follow up visit that involved a repair to a partial, Emma worked so patiently with my mom to make sure it was comfortable in her mouth. She too was very kind and as did Dr. Swanson explained things so well and offered very practical suggestions for home care. I feel like these dear people are our friends and that they really care. We heartily recommend this practice without any hesitation. The staff is outstanding, the office clean, warm and inviting, and the exam rooms are spotless. We actually are looking forward to the next visit! :-) If there were ten stars to check they would all be checked."
