She has a way of putting the situation at ease and you can tell that she cares about the patient as much as she does about getting the job done right!"

"An absolute despicable and terrible practice. I should have checked the reviews before coming here. More specifically, the reviews concerning the charges. The OVER charges. This place is a scam through and through. For a teeth cleaning and three cavities filled, they charged me almost $1000 altogether and kept adding more and more on top for seemingly nothing. When I went in for my cleaning appointment, I was told by the hygienist that I could only have the BOTTOM half of my teeth cleaned due to some insurance thing. She told me I’d have to come in a week later to get the top half done, but she had me pay in full for both the top and bottom so I wouldn’t owe anything at the next visit. That cost $300. I come in for the next appointment, and they charge me another $300 claiming they had no idea what I was talking about, and that the other hygienist had it wrong. This is just for the cleaning. Side note, I've never only had HALF of my teeth cleaned before. That was yet another red flag I missed. Also, the hygienist told me I had pretty bad gum disease and made me feel absolutely terrible about the state of my teeth. I went to another dentist after and they said they saw no evidence of gum disease. Imagine that. Finally, they filled three cavities and charged another $300 for that as well. I asked for a statement of charges and they never sent it. Fast forward to yesterday when I got an email from them saying I have an outstanding balance of almost $500. I left a voicemail asking yet again for a statement of charges. Something tells me they won’t return my call. Keep in mind that my appointment was almost two months ago at this point, and once again, I’ve already paid close to a grand. This place is reprehensible. Stay. Away. Far, far away. Go literally anywhere else. Going to some guy under an overpass with a sign that says “free teeth cleaning” would be better than this. Save your money, or at the very least, don’t give it to these people. They’ll take every penny you have if you let them."

"Dr. Irina Jones and her staff are awesome! Their kindness and professionalism is No.1. Dr. Jones listened to my needs with a smile and made each one of my visits very nice. Her staff was always pleasant and very helpful. I am so pleased with the work she has done. Fast, friendly and dedicated to their patients needs. I highly recommend them to anyone. "I am very sorry that I don’t remember the name of the doctor who saw me when I was there, but she was amazing. I was very nervous about my visit because sadly, I hadn’t been to dentist in a very long time, so I was afraid of what they were going to find. She was so detailed with everything she explained to me. I understood everything she explained so well, because she did it patiently and calmly, even though the office was busy and she had other patients to see. I felt very comfortable with her, which then helped with how nervous I was. I immediately scheduled an appointment to see her again, and am not the least bit nervous about the procedures that are scheduled to be done. Please look up my name in your system because I’m sure you have records of which doctor saw me. I hope she sees this."
