"Don’t recommend this place , I called in due to emergency with my daughter skin. I tried to get an appt I spoke to a destiny and she stated I would have to wait till January for an urgent visit she stated her manager shayla also refused to squeeze me in for a visit knowing the fact I needed this visit urgently. Don’t recommend if u trying to get an urgent visit . They did not even try to help me out . Scores a -1"
"A 20 minute visit costs almost $700 and if the treatment doesn’t work like they say they expect you to come back and pay another $700."
"Unprofessional practice that runs at least 45 mins to 1 hour late for appointment times. They should block off lunchtime appointments if providers are not available. Inconsiderate"
"My daughter had an appointment with Jacey and I would highly recommend her! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly receptionist. The nurse, Wendy was also very pleasant. Jacey was friendly and efficient, while informing us of our treatment options and answering any questions we had. Our appointment was for 9:20 am. We arrived at 9:14 am and we were called back almost immediately. The entire appointment from exiting and returning to our car in the parking lot didn’t take more than 30 minutes. I would highly suggest completing the health questionnaire online before arriving and having your insurance card and ID ready. This is what I did and it saved us some time."
"So far this has been a very pleasant experience. I never have to wait very long. I had to call several times to reschedule my daughter’s appointment and it was very easy. The doctor staff are very friendly. I was referred by my pediatrician. Great office!"
