"Still deserve 5***** but I'm so disappointed... today I went, for the hamburger and fries that been eaten for the past 25 yrs ..in less than a month i eat last time was $4.99 . And today was $5.29. no drink at all. other places been effort to offer more even they increased the prices. I have to say good bye to you guys and go with chilli's that they have 3 for me, soup, entree and drink for $10.99 including chips and salsa for free.. hope you come up with something so I can go back. Good luck"
"The overall visit was great and so was the food. However, I am very happy my son who has a severe peanut allergy didn't order a shake. I ordered a plain vanilla shake and I still found chunks of m&m's and oreo in my shake. Which means they don't properly clean the equipment between shakes. This could have ended very badly for my son. I'm hesitant to return atleast while my son is with me."
"I've never felt more well serviced at a fast food place as I did this visit. This location uses ordering kiosks to place your order and a friendly employee was nearby to help. Our food came out in maybe 2 minutes tops (shakes first naturally). An employee swung by our table to make sure we were doing ok, he was also waiting by the food pickup to ask if I needed any ketchup. When I went to throw away my trash, he came to take my tray from me. Never had this level of service at a fast food burger joint. Food was perfect. Great garlic burger, perfect tenders, excellent fries, and a wonderful shake (with the correct thick straw). Prices are what I've come to expect from steak n shake. About half as much as I'd pay for a meal at 5 guys. I wish every steak n shake was like this"
