"Doctor didn’t come in and an hour after appointment time and had to leave for work. Wasted time and money on Uber there and nothing gained. Appointment was first thing in the morning so the issues likely inconsideration of people’s time and not over booking. After an hour of waiting and no one apologizing for an inconvenience this isn’t the level of service I have come to expect from Adventhealth"

"About a year ago I had surgery for hydrocele and may be a hernia. Dr. Williams did the surgery at Altamont Hospital. I went to rehab follow up with Dr. William a few times no aftercare nothing to say It has returned. I’m in so much pain I don’t have any insurance and I need it drained again. I was certain it wasn’t done properly the first time and I assure you the pain that I am right now indicates that it was not. I’m not trying to badmouth the doctor but what am I going to do."

"Over book appointments apparently. Office slap full. Wife referred there and appointment made 3 months ago. Waited over an hour and 15 minutes this morning past her appointment time and had to leave for work. Told staff she could not wait much longer. Reply " Ok I will let them know". No explanation or a "we are very sorry for the inconvenience, can we make you a new appointment" nothing. Now she will have to endure her issues until she can find another specialist. Not an empty seat in the place. People standing. I bet if you showed up 10 minutes late though you would have to reschedule. Do not recommend. If your time is valuable ask for another Dr during your referral because your time does not seem to matter to them."

"This office is so unorganized and their front office staff is rude. Was there to see Dr. Williams, who is very nice, and his nurse, was also nice. They were apologetic but that just doesn't help. The wait was long and grueling, and their check-in, check out process is just awful. As I write this, I'm on hold (seems their phone never stops ringing as I experienced while waiting for my appointment) trying to get test results. I was told that I could leave a message and they would call back late this afternoon. If you have other options, go elsewhere. They don't deserve the one star I gave them."
