"I agree with others that some of the employees in this Costco are extremely rude. I have shopped at Costco for many years and have always been impressed by the great attitude of all the employees I encountered. However, I recently got yelled at by an employee in the tire bay (short guy with long pointy beard) for daring to try to speak to him while he was putting the yellow plastic chain across the tire bay entrance. Before I could even finish my sentence, he screamed that I had to go inside the store to ask a question, and walked away. OK, I did that and was treated with courtesy and respect by Joseph, who was working at the tire desk, but I certainly won't be returning to this Costco to purchase any more tires in the future."

"The worst business ever. I don’t know why people still go here. Employees have a nasty attitude. You can not check out your own food like you can in Sam’s club because they consider all of us thieves. They don’t take any kind of master cards unless it’s a bank card. They only take visas, so if you got they membership and you don’t have 1 of these cards that you prefer to use. You will waste your time shopping there like I did today. If you have a service dog you can not put him or her in the cart like you can in Sam’s clubs for the convenience of your shopping you have to either carry that animals on your hands and than push your cart with one hand or walk with him on the leash ( imagine doing that in a busy big store) and forget about talking to a manager about their employees who give you an attitude for expressing any of these things. Telling you if you don’t like don’t shop here. The management will behave exactly the same. Please do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money on this place. Go to Sam’s clubs where your money and time will be appreciated and you will be treated with respect."

"I go to Costco several times a month. The people who work there are always friendly, helpful and make shopping there as pleasant as possible. They do a great job getting ALL the people thru checkout. I do feel that more places to put your grocery cart are needed in the parking lot."

"HEARING AIDS. Morgan was the best tech for my entire experience. She is professional, caring, and took time to test, fit and explain everything to me. I am very happy with my aids. Morgan took my lifestyle into consideration for my type of hearing aids. The receptionist is sweet and worked greatly with me adjusting my appointment times as I was from out of town. Joining specifically for the aids was not a pleasant experience. The older woman kept trying to up sell me. I declined half a dozen times while she was stuck like a broken record. Higher priced membership would not have gotten me the returns she guaranteed."
