"Do not go here if you are below the age of 80. They deal with the extremely elderly and senile because it’s probably the only people who won’t notice how incompetent they are. Even the front desk acts like you’re bothering them by asking a question to confirm your appointment time.. they treat it like a used car dealership not a doctors office. I heard they post their hiring adds on Craigslist. Place is actually a joke but a schedule an appointment, see for yourself."
"Absolutely terrible experience. My primary care merged with this clinic so I followed. There is zero communication, zero effort in providing customer service. Call the number and see how long you wait on hold before talking to a rude, disinterested, unhelpful person. Medical staff is quite good, but unfortunately the average person will not get past the front desk staff without undue emotional grief."
"Communication is lacking on letting patients know way in advance if the practice is no longer accepting a particular insurance. I had a follow up appointment at this location because apparently the location I normally go to has closed. It was at this appointment I was informed they will no longer be accepting my insurance in January 2024. It would have been greatly helpful if this information was provided months ago especially during open enrollment for insurances. I have been seeing my primary doctor for almost 2 years and was currently under her care as I recover from Postpartum Eclampsia, now I will be pushed to find a new doctor somewhere else. So disappointed."
"I had the extreme displeasure of having Sophia Padron as my health care professional. However I wouldn't rate her as professional or polite. I seemed to upset her by just being sick. Even though I had a 98.8 fever, she determined that there was nothing wrong with me and would provide any help. Will not be going back!"
"I had to change doctors because a new company bought my old office. When I transfered to Healthy Parterns not only were they welcoming but the doctor spent a hour going over my entire medical history with me. Not only asking questions but teaching me about my health. It was very refreshing. I dont feel like just another number there."
