"This office (main at Beach Blvd) is very dirty. We saw dirty gloves behind and under the bed, the floor was also dirty, and overall the rooms looked very soiled. I didn’t like the doctor’s bedside manner at all! My son barely gets sick, and that’s why I never paid attention to all these details! We usually just go for quick annual visits, but today’s visit was very unpleasant! Definitely won’t bring my child back to this office ever again!"

"Doctors and nurses/assistants are great but the office is extremely disorganized and inconsiderate of your time. You have appointments to get there on time and still have to wait over an hour. They didn't have the vaccines my kid needed and instead of calling and letting you know before the appointment they wait until you are there so I have to take time off work again because they couldn't communicate. This is the second time my kid didn't get either vaccines or tests because they are missing something and I understand it may not be on them to get those things delivered but it's definitely on them to communicate with their customers so we get the option to reschedule, go to a different location, etc. BEFORE the appointment."
