I came in for an endoscopy and everything was going smoothly until the anesthesiology nurse Charles or Chuck (white hair and green eyes) came in. He had an abrasive personality, was short, disinterested from the questions he was asking and walked away in the middle of our conversation with no manners. This is the man who is meant to be administering my anesthesia and has not shown any politeness, how am I supposed to trust him."
