"I’ve been coming here for about 10 years with Dr. Bartczak. They moved to a new office. It’s a good parking always clean and personable people. It’s very busy, but will run considering the number of people that they see. My care has always been excellent doctor Bartczak is exceptional. Very caring and thorough. Takes time to listen her whole staff are very genuine people. I disagree with anyone that says differently. Yes they’re busy but that’s because they help a lot of people and they always get back when they can. Sometimes you have to make a second call but it’s worth it to me, considering how I’m treated their versus other medical offices, I give them great marks."

"It's mind-boggling how a doctor's office can be lacking in care, compassion, and kindness, yet here we are. For all the LGBTQIA-plus prospective patients: DO NOT GO HERE. If you value your respect, privacy, and dignity, please seek medical care elsewhere. This place only advertises itself to be LGBTQIA-plus friendly only for the extra patients and services to charge you for. It's obvious from the minute you walk in that this is not a safe space. The front desk person is awful. It is very clear she does not like her job, nor her environment. The phone is never answered and voicemails go unreturned and unacknowledged. Jennifer seems uninterested in understanding one's medical needs, instead rushing through the appointment to get on to the next. Please, I urge you to read the negative reviews here and avoid the hurt and heartache places like this cause by being rude and disrespectful to their patients."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Bartzack since day 1 of Rowan Tree Medicals existence. I do not allow my judgement of my Dr's treatment of me to be effected by 1 or 2 missteps by staff, no harm no foul. Dr. B has always had my care and Well-being as first priority. Thank you Dr. B for being you. You saw me through the Unholy Cross nightmare of mrsa and kept that butcher away from my arm even when he wanted to operate a 7th time which you deemed unnecessary and you were right. I will always stand by you the way you have stood by me! Thank you again for your caring, compassion, empathy and understanding. You are a blessing to have as my Dr. Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

"I was seeking for a place to become a new patient and my first interaction with Cristy was very unpleasant. She told me the only way to schedule an appointment would be online. So I asked if that would be the only way because at that moment I did not have access to a computer. She did not even say yes or gave me another option, instead she gave me the sound uhum and hung up the phone. I called back asking to speak with the supervisor and she stated she was the supervisor. Definitely going to look for a different facility, and I don't recommend this place, clearly there's a lack of costumer service skills."
