"Horrible Place. Dr. Herrera was great. Since he left this place has become a joke. Senior Medical Associates was great but since being acquired by Caremax this place is pathetic. Simply changed my PCP to Chen Senior Medical."
"This facility has become a joke since Dr. Herrera left three weeks ago. I received a letter from Abraham Imiak, the Center Administrator advising of Dr Herrera's departure and given a phone number to call for more information. This number is never answered . My wife is a throat cancer patient and in need of critical medication. Each time I call to speak with the new doctor, I believe his name is Dr Correa, the call center answers as the actual doctors office never answers. I have left over eight urgent messages for the Dr to call me but to date NOTHING. Due to the appalling lack of response from this facility my wife has had to undergo three ER visits and I will be holding them responsible. Furthermore we will be requesting a change of PCP from our insurance company. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ."
"First experience here... nobody to check you in. No paperwork to be filled out in advance. Nobody to even talk to at the desk. Just sit in the waiting area for someone to yell next. Waited well over an hour just to get blood drawn. To finally find out they don't take my insurance. This should have been figured out when I set the appointment. Horrible service ... clueless employees, it's like Walmart got into the medical business. This place is a big Nope!"
"Coral Spring Office excellent service. Oakland Park is not too friendly when I call ref to info about my parents . Eg. Blood work . Referrals. Dr Herrera friendly n gets involved. So far so good."
