"This the best most thorough urgent care I’ve ever been to. It’s the only Urgent Care I’ve visited for myself and my children since I discovered it a few years ago. All staff are friendly and helpful. I don’t recall the doctor’s name but she’s there every time and she’s great. Highly recommend."
"I took my son here after school with an injured finger. The nurses were lovely and attentive, the process was swift (X-ray technician came to us shortly after being placed in a room) and results did not take very long. The doctor shared results and also examined my son's finger/hand. Her excellent bedside manner put a child at ease. She splinted his finger and we were soon on our way: the checkout procedure was done via iPad and Zoom in our patient room. Very easy. Thank you to all who helped us -- especially the nurse who found the last pod of hot chocolate for my son!"
"New Year’s Day and all other urgent care centers were closed so it was very busy. Everyone was very nice and did their best to get everyone seen. I broke my foot/toe and they got me taken care of with a walking shoe. They apologized many times for my 3 hour wait, but again everyone did the best they could and everyone was so nice. Thank you. "Very happy I decided to come here for Urgent care, and if I ever need to come back this is where I will go. Jessica, my nurse, was so kind, attentive and explained everything from beginning to end. Dr Lu, was so sweet and compassionate. (Something I feel is lost now a days in health care) and you can tell she genuinely wants to treat you and help you feel better. The entire staff from front desk to checkout were super polite, patient, and kind. I’ve had awful experiences at other urgent cares, and it was truly refreshing to see how professional & kind the staff were here today. Thank you to the staff for your kindness and treatment today!"
"Always a pleasant experience coming here. We got there yesterday 9/22/23 around 6:45pm and were greeted right away. The wait was short, maybe 20 minutes tops. Every person we came into contact with was extremely friendly and kind. A breath of fresh air for living in south Florida where everyone is always so crabby! The nurses and nurse practitioner took care of my daughter with care and were very sweet to her. They reassured us and gave us everything we needed for her sprained ankle. Overall a great experience especially under the circumstances."
