"I needed to reschedule last minute due to a VA appointment change and her office had no regard to this and insisted upon the $150 change fee; even though it can take months to get a new appointment at the the VA. This lady is purely in it for the money. Sad but explains why her office is in a strip mall and she has to co-rent space with another physician. Glad I could help pay her staff since she clearly cannot. I regret the referral and will ensure that group will no longer refer to her"

"Dr. Noe is a very caring loving doctor, she takes her time with me to make sure I understand everything she has said and answers ALL my questions without me feeling like she's rushing out the door. Her staff is is professional and they go out of their way to help me. Her receptionist is sweet and has gone out of her way several times to help me when I was in a bind. The office manager is very personable and I always see her running around helping out the staff. I am very grateful to have found this office for my family and highly recommend Dr. Noe to everyone!"
"Dr. Noe is a wonderful doctor, so caring and educated. The only thing I've ever ran into is problems with the receptionist not being on top of things. Sometimes you have to double check their work, especially when it comes to insurance. I would definitely still recommend them."
