"My son has been coming here for over 2 years for speech therapy. When he first started I could not understand half of what he was saying now he’s talking Lot more and so much better. He’s expressing himself more. Speech therapy has also helped him in school. This place as helped my son out tremendously. Definitely a five star"

"My son been at this place for OT with Jessica over a year and I have not seen any progress he struggles with just buttons he drops things in the kitchen all the time by bumping into things and dropping glass. I tell them my concerns they work on it once or twice then they are doing something else they change up therapists every session and don’t document nothing until a evaluation or they call it a test which they don’t tell you what it includes one time I saw it and it was basic asking my son questions like above, below under these you ask a 11 year old of course he knows that? Then they say you pass an discharge your kid they don’t challenge your kid to know age appropriate skills. My son not aware of cars and things around him he almost got hit by a car three weeks later they discharge him and say he is fine one says he passed our “” test then another staff says it was my insurance now it’s a test he passed that is not age level and then one says it’s up to the therapist to discharge a kid . Their lies are not consistent. They don’t let you watch what you do with your kid you got to go by what they says. They are not organized they send emails you have an appointment and don’t provide service due to errors and don’t care you drive far just to get there which I live east by the beach and come west to be treated this way. Smh so disappointed with this place it was good when starting but now it’s not about quality care anymore"

"Today, we have concluded our therapies at Breakthrough Pediatric Speech & Occupational Therapy Services, unfortunately due to the distance from my son's school, we must transition to another center. It's the best place you can take your little ones; from the very beginning, you start to see significant changes in the children. Lesley has been incredibly diligent and responsible in her work, always there when we needed her assistance. Heather, Elysia, and Justin are wonderful; I felt so at ease every time I left my son with them.
