"Always expect to be seen no sooner than 45 minutes late. I chose this place because it's a 2 minute drive from me. I figured I could pop in quick for my schedule appt then go back home to work. Never happened!! I get there for my first appt and sat and waited FOREVER! 30 minutes after my scheduled time, I get taken to a room. 15 minutes later, she comes in and we chat. There's no weigh in, no measurements, nothing. I only have to tell her my weight which I could have easily lied about. We have normal first visit Q/As. Then she goes to print somthing. Another 20 minutes later, she comes in and acts like it's been 2 minutes. We finish the appt and vowed never to go in again. But dumb me, schedules another physical for this year. My appt is at 11:30, which I thought was 11 so I show up at 11 and do the check in. The receptionist tells me I'm early but it's okay. 2 people come in after me and all get taken to the back. It's now 11:50 and I ask when I'll get seen. The receptions tells me that I'm next. The last guy to come in was scheduled for 11:15 and I'm at 11:30 and the guy scheduled for 11 is being seen right now, which means I'm next. So I politely tell her, it's now 11:50. She said she knows but reminds me that I'm next and offers to reschedule for tomorrow. Reluctantly, I do. She said they open at 1 tomorrow and being a 1:30 appt means I'll be seen second. I just now canceled because I don't know if I will be seen at 1:30 or 2:30 even if I'm the second patient tomorrow. The doctor is mediocre, but the wait time is unbearably long."

"Dr. Gittinger is very respectful of the dignity of the patient, and gives her full attention as she carefully listens to the details of concerns. She is never condescending or acts superior to the patient, and invites a discussion of options rather than handing a mandate. The appointment is not rushed, and questions are welcome. The doctor and her staff are very personable with a relaxed, family business feel. Dr. Gittinger is a genuinely caring doctor I can trust, and I highly recommend her based on my experience."

"Awful time management. I had a 10:10 appt, she came in at 10:32 desheveled and flustered. Her receptionist was very nice, kept apologizing and telling me I would be next but after 1 hour and 12 minutes past my scheduled appt time I still hadnt been seen and had to leave due to another scheduled appt. She needs to show up on time and prioritize patients. They open at 10am, theres no excuse to be late."

"I understand some people don't click but Dr.Gittinger is professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She has a great bedside manner. My family has been going to her for 12+ years. Yes she is concerned about Covid but her elderly Mother lives with her and has health issues. If it was your Mom you would be cautious also I know I would. It's easy to prejudge when you don't have all the facts. Dr. Gittinger is fantastic as a person and doctor and is definately worth the wait!"

"Dr Gittinger and her staff are wonderful. I have been a patient for approx 4yrs now! I moved further away from office 2yrs ago but drive the extra distance because it's not easy finding a good Doctor let alone an amazing Doctor!! In life things are bound to occassionally go awry on the weekend. Dr Gittinger has always been quick getting back to me. If you are looking for a fantastic physician, do yourself a favor and make an appointment!!"
