Mayo Clinic Primary Care

"Horrible. I had chronic pain for 3yrs and my primary doctor, after seeing multiple specialists, told me I should try Mayo. Firstly, they treat you horribly if you refer yourself. No idea why my primary did not refer me, he stated I could easily get in by myself. I guess you get labeled as attention seeking or drug seeking when you refer yourself. My primary also stated I would get a team of doctors who would perform tests, talk to each other, and be able to deliver a diagnosis better than local doctors that might take years to diagnose. But instead none of my Mayo Drs talked to each other. And I always had to make a whole trip back for every appointment, it was expensive. They did a tilt table test on me and the doctor said I had mild POTS. I asked him what that was and whether it was causing my pain. He said probably not and to just keep hydrated. I was like, ok..so what about my pain (the reason I'm here)? They were like "well we can give you something to help you sleep but we don't know what's going on, come back if you want." They acted like they didn't believe I was in pain. They did not explain POTS at all, said it wasn't a big deal and I could learn more Googling (what's the point of seeing these supposedly good doctors?). They had NO interest in helping me. Worst experience in a medical setting ever. Avoid this place."

"Best primary care experience I’ve ever had. Everyone is so friendly and upbeat and ALWAYS on time for my appt. I’ve never been to a PC that actually sticks to schedule. Dr. Suh is amazing!! Super convenient they do blood work in house too. Can’t say enough good things about this place highly recommend it."

"A satélite Mayo clinic it has plenty of parking. The building is clean and it accommodates people on wheelchairs with wide doors. The staff is friendly and in many occasions they have gone out of their way to assist me. Reason why Mayo is my prefer provider since they are the best."

"I would not recommend going to this place as I had a very bad experience. I have been going there for the last 4 years. While this year the location became out of network which I didn't realize nor the customer service who checks the insurance information did not notify us. With all that I ended up paying a very high bill and manager could offer anything in addition to help. They charge a lot for lab work, you need to be extra careful as if everything is covered. The doctors/nurse will not get back to you if you have lab work done, the results will be posted and you will not be contacted even when there is additional testing needs to be done or you should be seen by a doctor. I truly will not recommend this location to anyone."
