She talked calmly to me and asked me about breakfast and where I was going to go. I didn't even realize that she was drawing my blood while I was answering. She was done before I knew it. "I can’t thank Winnie and Lisa enough for their professionalism and expertise! My daughter passed out during a blood draw and they instantly launched into action to secure her for safety, carefully accomplish the blood sample and prevent my daughter from hurting herself as she kicked about as she was coming into consciousness. They were so gentle but strong as needed with my daughter until she came to. Not life or death however, a must mention moment to thank them for their kindness and making my daughter feel as comfortable as possible! You are both stars! Thank you! ER."

"Talk about disgusting. Check in online, prompt says go in and wait, so I do, with my baby…wait for 30 minutes past my appointment time to be told I was called back. My name never came up on the screen, no one came out to call me back. No, nope I wasn’t called back, I don’t want to wait there. I did my job. I take my appointment seriously, but obviously the staff doesn’t. It’s not my fault that you’re stuck as a Quest Phlebotomist. Girl with the bracelets…take your awful unprofessional attitude issues out on your personal time. You’ll never get anywhere in life with your nasty mouth and attitude."

"Thank you Toya and the sweet lady(I didn’t catch her name) that took my re-took blood today. I had gotten it taken earlier the morning but they said the blood and plasma mixed so the lab wouldn’t get an accurate test from the blood. I get a lot of anxiety around needles, bloodwork, and I have precautions and strategies that I use to prep myself(I.e. strong bass noise cancellation headphones so I can blast music and I close my eyes) and for AFTER the blood is draw because I tend to get very hot, sweaty, clammy, and starry eyed so I bring an ice pack for the back of my neck to help cool down. I was distraught that I had to get my blood retaken and I didn’t want to do it on another day and fortunately I didn’t ruin my fast as of yet so when they called me, I said I will come back and do it today but it’s really emotional for me to muster up the courage to do so. I spoke to the manager Toya(I am assuming the spelling—I could be wrong) and she was very reassuring on the phone and in person. Toya made sure to have someone that was very encouraging, comforting, calming, and very sweet take my blood. Both of them were very compassionate. Even as I had my eyes closed and by time Ms. Sweet(nicknamed her since I don’t know her name) were finished taking my blood I noticed that Toya was there making sure I was OK. They insured me that I could sit until I was good before I left. I know that this a review is a lot, but I really didn’t want to miss any details as to them making this bloodwork experience and re-bloodwork experience a very pleasant and comforting one. I speak for myself that blood work is never easy for me and probably will never become easy for me. I’m just glad to know that there are people out there that are understanding with people that aren’t able to deal with this easily. Thank you for coming to my TEd Talk"

"First time we used this location and got right in and had a friendly greater at the door. There was some confusion with the paperwork, but the tech MELISSA was amazing. She was so awesome dealing with my two kids getting their blood taken and my short patience. Melissa should be recognized for her appreciated efforts. Thank you Melissa!"
