"This pharmacy has the worse customer service. The pharmacy manager Natasha Myers , she doesn't know about customer service she is rude unprofessional she doesn't have customer service. She needs training how to deal with customer service, how to be professional, I don't she can learn those skills. How Walgreens can have someone like her representing the company. She should be fire she should be doing something else except working with customer. I did file a formal complaint with Walgreens I hope my complaint goes to the right people and they training this woman or replace her"

"I take a controlled substance medication which is a pain to deal with in general thanks to people who who abuse it. I have a few jobs & it’s hard for me to even make it to pick it up. The Walgreens that closed down on 167 Street let me pick it up as long as it was only a day early. Not this Walgreens. Has to be exactly the day which is not convenient at all. The lady said that is because they have a different manager. Not sure who the manager of this pharmacy is but I’m going to move my prescriptions to the Publix across the street or another Walgreens. Also one star for having to call 2-3 times & never getting anyone. One time it just rang endlessly. Don’t take your prescriptions here. Other pharmacies & Walgreens near by are much better."
