"Do not make the mistake of thinking you will be anything more than an insurance billable, name and date of birth... The "dr." Bruce Thomas Cares far more about how he looks to the FDA than fulfilling the needs of the patients. THIS IS NOT ABOUT A PAIN MED. I do not need nor take pain meds. YOU ARE NOT TRUSTED AND HAVE ZERO influence on his decision no matter how dire the situation is .. My Dr of 12 years suddenly had to retire for urgent medical reasons. The hoops and excuses that he gave continuously about picking up where my dr and I had gotten to where constant and my please ignored and LESS THAN A PRIORITY ... I made it CLEARLY known the the effects of being off my meds for the months that they strung me along where costing me tremendously at work in my performance and ability to be thorough and complete tasks in timely accurate manner . ALL FELL ON DEF EARS with him. His PA urged him to reconsider and help me and she was shut down at all turns . She will one day soon be a far better dr. Than he will ever be. my complaints will not stop at a mere Google review.. DBPR .. Medical icensing and review board .. and the BBB are next"

"Receptionists and all the staff are friendly and calls are answered in a timely manner, they also have a website to view medical test, or messages. The office is clean and they make you feel comfortable during your visit. I have been to many Doctors where I don’t feel heard or rushed, I don’t feel that here. My provider Nicole Buzzard does an excellent job in hearing any medical concerns I have, She gives information and asks multiple questions to further prevent/diagnose any problems, and I am able to ask her questions with ease. From my visits I see that Nicole takes her time and cares for her patients she is also very pleasant. I am happy to have found Palms Medical Group."
