Anita H. Chen, M.D. is a renowned Urogynecologist located at 4500 San Pablo Road South in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Chen is a fellowship trained specialist at Mayo Clinic Florida, where she serves as a consultant in the department of Medical and Surgical Gynecology.
