"This is my third time shipping with Safari and I’ve had the same experience every time the container will be waiting and waiting to be picked up at the Montego Bay C&S shipping container, and no matter how much you call no matter what you do it will sit there for a month and a half two months before you can actually get the container and I feel that safari shipping has not done enough to advocate or to assist with you receiving your container ..when it arrives in the Caribbean I think they should do more to help the customer to receive the their belongings and take it home When you receive your Contant, you know a good 10 to 15 percent of the stuff is now is spoiled and and sour and there’s no reason for that you’re paying so much money to ship the stuff and pay for it to be picked up .I think more should be done to help the customer to receive their belongings when it reaches Jamaica. That is my problem."

"We have been shipping with these people for over twenty plus years and of late we realized that their customer service is very poor. It doesn’t matter who you talk to it’s like you’re wasting your breath. I actually just left the office very upset. There seems to be discrepancies with their pricing also the guys do not get the money charged for packing because it is supposedly done on business time even when they go in early before clocking in.I was told there’s no price list so apparently they can tell you any number that comes to mind. I don’t think these people sleep well at nights"
