"This location is so poorly run it’s pathetic. They just do not care to do a good job whatsoever. Also tell someone to take the table service off the app they don’t do it. They will just sit there and yell your table number. Despite the fact it tells you in the app they will bring the food to you. Orders are always incorrect. Only thing this place has going for it is the location everything else is horrible."

"Can a group of individual clients can get together and sue this specific restaurant. Clients have the obligations to pay, but don't restaurant have the obligations to deliver what was ordered and quality food ? Obviously managers and ownership, THEY do not care at all. They don't even answer comments or pick up their phones. We Cannot wait for someone in Miami to show the way amd make some noise. Enough of abusing Customers, trust and respect should start at hello. 4 orders in a row missing items, food poorly made. HORRIBLE"

"This location really needs to get their stuff together. This is the 3rd time in a row my order has been wrong and when submitting complaints to the owner, you never hear back or get compensation which is obvious considering their lack of response/concern to all these bad reviews. First time, I received a steak, egg, and cheese instead of a bacon, egg, and cheese. Second time ordered 2 breakfast meals + 1 extra hashbrown, only recieved 1 hashbrown. This morning, ordered 2 bacon, egg, and cheeses with extra breakfast sauce, both had no breakfast sauce and the bagels were basically burnt to ash. Looked like managers were working at each window so im shocked that this stuff keeps happening. Will be taking my business to other locations because this service is atrocious. Very disappointing because the workers are always super nice and this location is clean but they can't get an order right to save their lives."

"McDonald's isn't my favorite. Rarely eat there, except for when my teen has a Nuggets Craving. The store is super clean and modern. The food when fresh is good. Definitely beats the one on Washington/Lincoln Rd. Which is a tourist trap."
