"Ordered rum raisin. There was very little rum flavor and no raisins. Realized halfway through that the raisins were missing. The clerk argued that 1/2 of it was eaten and refused to either add more or refund my money."
"I went there with my girls. I ordered one of the special sundaes. After scooping up the ice cream she told me they didn’t have the toppings that were in the sundae. It was very overpriced for a bowl of vanilla ice cream and a cookie wafer. Very disappointed. I wish she would have told me they didn’t have the ingredients before she started scooping it out. $14 is too much for a bowl of vanilla ice cream. My girls liked their ice cream, but it’s too overpriced, even for Marco Island."

"I had an amazing first experience here when I got the PB Oreo and went in for a second round tonight… I ordered the PB Cookie Dough and as I had my first bite I began chewing on a plastic/styrofoam piece that was uncomfy. It’s in the image below… a little overpriced too but probably won’t be back for a bit!"
