Red Lobster

"We came in for my husband birthday celebration! My food is delicious and my husband said his food is a bit disappointing. He ordered a surf and turf and wasn't happy, he feels that his lobster was a a bit overtrim and my server forgot my clam chowder. She was very attentive to our needs. But I'm not happy that she forgot to order my soup."

"My visit was on a Thursday night and it was less busy time. Service-Julie our server was quite attentive. She was taking care of multiple tables at the time but didn’t miss refilling our drinks, biscuits basket or checking with us multiple times on how we are doing or if we need anything else. She was polite and so did the girl who took us to our seats. Place and atmosphere-Place is easy to reach. Ample parking was available given the day of the week and time. Inside the restaurant was quite welcoming. Comfortable and spacious seating, lighting was excellent, not loud at all. Food- the biscuits we got on the house were delicious and fresh. We ordered lobster and steak, lobster flatbread, and spicy dragon shrimp. Lobster and steak was excellent. My husband liked the lobster flatbread but I had an issue with salt grains . With the shrimp also I found too much salt. Thanks to sauce used on top of the fried shrimp it was edible. Other than that intense salty flavor (which could be a personal preference ) I found food is delicious . Overall I would visit the place again definitely. I want to try other foods too. And I recommend the location to anyone interested."

"Have you ever sat in the dining room at Red Lobster and ate from start to finish without seeing YOUR waiter ? I just did. Actually I saw him several times just on the aisle over helping other guests. We Sat for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment from anyone. Then someone sweeping noticed us. Took our order (she was lovely to us). Then who I assume was the “Manager” brought our drinks and apologized explaining they were short staffed. Assured us Alic would be right ever. Never saw Alic or received the salad we ordered. The person who brought our food looked like she was out of it. I asked her for a refill and sauce got no acknowledgment that I spoke. After about 5 minutes I realized she was not going to respond to my request, so I took my own glass to “manager” and asked for a refill and sauce. Once she brought over, I went ahead and had her ring us out so we wouldn’t have to find her again. Never did see Alic. We were there in memory of my dad's passing 9 years ago and this experience ruined that for us. I have never had this type of experience in Red Lobster. I have had some questionable service but nothing to this degree. The "manager" didn't seem to concerned about it. I was very disappointed. As a resident who has come to this location since it’s inception, I’m tapping out. And just to point out when we left everyone up front (including 'manager' had walked in kitchen and we could hear loud laughter and carrying on. They have time for that but we literally just ate at a sit down restaurant and basically served ourselves. Good thing we didn't order "all you can eat" - I guess I would have had to go in the kitchen at that point and help myself. ✌️ Red Lobster on Dale Mabry"

"Shrimp scampi was good. Husband ordered wine, but it didn't come until he tracked someone down and told them not to bother. My crab legs were cold and shriveled up. Husband was done eating and ready to go before they brought another plate out. Since I have a Gluten allergy, I was absolutely turned off just by opening the menu and seeing bread crumbs stuck to the menu. Buyer beware!"
