"On Jan 4, 2017, I submitted a request for a quote (on line) for home and auto insurance that took over an hour to prepare. After several days, and not hearing anything, I called the office of Fagan and Michaud in Bonita Springs, FL. I was transferred to Jennifer, who told me that the web site was sending quotes somewhere where she could get access and that she would be happy to take some details from me. Confused, I politely said "No thank you" and hung up. Still confused, I called back to speak with the gentleman who answered. His story was close to Jennifer's in that if they couldn't get contact info to return a call or email, the was nothing they could do. This certainly can't be good for business. I would be all over the web designer to correct the screw up. But, I detected a lay back attitude and decided I'd go elsewhere for a quote. My only comment to anyone reading this is: Beware."
