"They have no customer service system and when you finally do get to talk to somebody, they make you show proof of residence within 60 days in a PDF document which is a little much if you asked me for a blood donation center they should just take your ID anyway I got all the way to the process I had my physical and then conveniently at 4 o’clock when they were closing the physician or nurse that was attending to me told me I couldn’t donate because I had sluggish eyes anyway I went to another blood donation place the next day and they said there was nothing wrong with my eyes. Stay away from CSL Wilton manors , awful customer service and the wait times are terrible and it’s just not a fun process"

"Have been coming here for over a year. I'm done. Last two weeks I came and it was insane. The past month I have seen a sharp decline in how they do things. Last week it took them 45 mins to screen two people. There were 4 people screening but all they did was laugh and talk. This week they had about 10 beds open and only 4 people donating while the line was 20 deep. When asked why os it taking so long. The manager said they are doing the best they can. So I may come back when they get their stuff together. But not anytime soon"

"The people are cool but it’s too slow. Line can be long and it’s 3 of them trying to fix 1 person. Thats not efficient. They have 6 booths. 1 person got 1. And 3 of them are doing another. Either find better slower times to train but seeing employees standing or talking when the lines pile up is very frustrating."

"Listen, man, I never post reviews unless it’s a good review. And even if I’m not happy with a place, I don’t say anything. But this place has been a repeat repeat repeat offender costing me time, money, and pain. I’ve absolutely had it with this place. I’ve been donating for years. Transferred from Miami to Fort Lauderdale. Since coming to the Wilton manors location I have been pulled into medical EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Turning a possibly 1hr long event to 3+ hours. The last time I was there for 2.5hrs and never even got screened. I’ve HAD it there. Reasons I have been pulled into medical: no one could stick my vein, the machine malfunctioned and couldn’t finish retuning my blood, I waited too long between donations (because they bruised the hell out of both arms), they needed to order new labs (they didn’t even NEED me there ffs), I needed to change my address (why can’t we do this online???), and twice for bruises caused by their failed attempts to hit my veins. When I was at the Miami location I was only ever called to medical ONCE, and they hit my veins EVERY TIME. Don’t come here unless you’re an easy stick."

"Jada Tatiana and the rest of the crew were very amazing I am very flattered on how professional everything was and how helpful the staff here was the management seem to be holding a great crew that was all full of good energy and very active on the floor is very good to come to a place such as this please and look forward to meeting good people it is very good to be surrounded by great people like the team they have here And I was also great seeing Miss Tiffany again on my last donation which was my first she gave me the best experience teleport to where I brought a very close friend to donate today due to her energy she is a very good woman"
