A $100 refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. Please note that due to operational challenges with the City of Sanford’s Reclaimed Water System, there are restrictions on public access to reclaimed water. Customers can use the system for irrigation from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am on scheduled days, but may experience low pressure due to high demand and low supply.

This 354-acre park features a 100-acre lake and offers a variety of amenities for visitors to enjoy. With two entrances on Walsingham Road and 102nd Avenue N, the park is easily accessible to all. Visitors to Walsingham Park can take advantage of a 6-mile trail, playground, and fitness area. Additionally, the park is currently undergoing construction to install a new, all-inclusive playground with ADA-friendly equipment. The anticipated completion of this project is estimated to take approximately eight weeks.
