"My kids were seen in this office our appointment was at 1 my babies didn’t get seen until 3:30 they referred my kids out apparently for no reason….. what was told to me is that my children has extensive cavities and they need to be put to sleep for their procedure came to Tampa Children surgery center and my first child only had 2 very minimal cavities and my second had none so I wasted my time going 45 minutes from my home at 5:30 am for nothing I’m highly disappointed in the service that was provided to me and my children and I would not recommend any one patronizing these facilities they literally are referring kids out so they don’t have to do their jobs"

"I like this office but it took me 4 days to get someone to take my Cigna Savings plan entered into the system. I called to speak with a billing manager and each time I called she was out to lunch or I was told she'd return the call. The procedure I needed done was predicated on the savings plan discounts. The receptionist Leonel helped me by getting another manager help it get into the system and I could finally schedule the appointment. I also would like you all to remodel this office. My Periodontist is amazing and treats his patients well. He took the time to explain the entire procedure. There is minimal pain after my procedure which I'm thankful for. The dentist nurse working with him is also amazing. My hygienist is also talented and cares about my overall dental routine."

"The first time I took my son there my gut told me to not go back only because they don’t allow parents in the back with the children ( I DID NOT LIKED THAT AT ALL) and I was not informed about it when I set the appointment. I end up coming back to the second appointment because my child came out of the first appointment ok (it was a cleaning). The second appointment he came out with eyes red, crying in pain (which that has never been the case with other doctors) and at this point it’s my child word against them because they don’t allow parent with minor in the back while preforming a dental procedure. This people gave my child silver crown which I was not informed about, I was informed about the crown but not silver. I will not take back any of my kids to this place and now I have to take him somewhere else to remove those ugly silver crown."

"Waiting room has a funky smell. Dentist and assistant were patient & very informative with my children. My biggest gripe is that when my 2 children were called back for their appointments I was informed I could not go back with them. 3 and up no parents allowed. Wish I would have thought to ask that at the time of making the appointment or been told ahead of time. Thank you."
