"KANESHA IS RUDE ! The numbers kept changing when they were charging me. My insurance covers 80% and they still played. Clearly I’m concerned who wouldn’t be. She kept having an attitude while talking and she kept saying side stuff. THEY OVERCHARGE YOU FOR WHAT YOUR INSURANCE COVERS. READ THE REVIEWS AND BELIEVE THEM GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. ID GIVE NO STARS IF AVAILABLE. THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN."

"The dentist charge you for things that the insurance covers, She screams at staff in front of patients,she is so rude and she isn’t a good dentist at all. She got mad because I challenged her on a bill she came into the patient room and snatched off the bib my baby had around her neck and said we couldn’t be seen.The staff is so sweet But The dentist needs to retire she is so angry and unpleasant and unprofessional!!! I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy I went down to Greenberg Dentist they are so much better!!!"

"This place is very unprofessional. They cancel your appointment last minute and when you show up, they make an excuses like “we don’t take your insurance anymore” When they confirm your appointment a week before you show up they don’t let you know that they no longer take your dental insurance anymore. Anytime they call or leave a voicemail you can barely understand them at all. I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve had the worst experience at this dentist & so have my kids. Very unprofessional & unacceptable. If I can give a 0 star I would."

"I don't t recommend this office. I had services done last year for my right side and on that day I paid for both sides because they said I wouldn't have to pay anything when I came back. So I came in today for my services on the right side and the Doctor told me I needed to pay the deductible. I decided to leave and speak to my insurance company and the insurance company told me that they didn't report the claim for both sides only one. Also that what the Doctor's office did was take my money and wanted to pocket the deductible. Now the insurance wants me to file a report. My insurance themselves said they shouldn't try to charge me for the deductible. Go somewhere that is more organized for the mistake they wanted to charge me for it. Edit: They replied that they have to follow the insurance rules when the insurance themselves told me they did things wrong and didn't put in the claim when they charged me for it! It's not the insurance rules it's the lack of organization in this office. The insurance also stated that their reasoning is wrong because if they would've put in the claim when they originally charged me they wouldn't be charging me the deductible so they are trying to get away with it to charge more. Which is so wrong and the reason why the insurance company wanted me to file a complaint and report it."
