"I was greeted as soon as I came into this place which is normal. Waited longer than I anticipated for my sandwich to be made but I wasn’t too bothered by that. The biggest issue is that I found long black straight hairs in my food. My hair is naturally curly so it couldn’t be mine. My biggest criticism is that the staff need hairnets to avoid situations like this. I ended up throwing my sandwich away based on the amount of hair I found my food. If you plan on coming here don’t come here between 6-8:30PM"

"Particularly I prefer a salad instead of a sub. My family loves them. We were happy with the specialty hot subs they had available. I chose a Club Sub regular which was cut in half. Enough left for brunch now!"

I also love that their website informs you that “A portion of your purchase in 2019 at all US Firehouse Subs locations goes to the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, to be used to provide lifesaving equipment to first responders.”"
