"Bought and paid for two custom pickguards. BOTH OF THEM were not trimmed correctly and wouldn't fit my guitars. I was able to fix one but not the other. When I complained, their customer service was awful and they even implied it was my fault. Will NEVER use them again."

"Pickguard arrive with a gouge in it. No damage to packaging bag or delivery box it came in. Itvwas clearly damaged befor packaging. The plastic protective coating was covered with pieces of some kind of debris. It was clearly just cut on the machine and thrown in a bag. No clean up or inspection. Take your money and ship. No reply to my emails. I would never buy from this place again."
