Young's Karate is a well-established institution located at 800 Hammond Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida. With over 30 years of experience in studying and teaching martial arts, we offer a unique blend of Shotokan Karate and other styles to provide a comprehensive self-defense training. Our instructors, who teach out of Trinity Baptist Church, are passionate about sharing their knowledge and skills with students in a Christian family-oriented environment. In addition to traditional martial arts classes, we also offer Tai Chi instruction to improve balance and focus. Our instructors do not receive a salary, teaching out of love for the art and ensuring affordable rates for our students. We believe in empowering our students not only with self-defense techniques but also with the ability to teach others, fostering a deeper understanding of the martial arts.
