Welcome to Levy County Jail, located at 9150 Northeast 80th Avenue, Bronson, Florida. As a key component of the Levy County Sheriff's Office, our facility is dedicated to maintaining public safety and providing quality correctional services. Under the leadership of Sheriff Robert B. McCallum, Undersheriff W.O. “Brett” B. Beauchamp, and Chief of Staff Col. Mike Sheffield, we strive to uphold the highest professional standards. Our facility includes several specialized bureaus, each focusing on different aspects of law enforcement and community service. The Communications Bureau manages emergency 911 addressing and ensures efficient communication within the county. The Detention Bureau oversees jail operations, including commissary trust deposits, visitation, and inmate communication services. Additionally, we adhere to the PREA Act to ensure the safety and rights of all inmates.
