With additional support from Congressman Cliff Stearns, this planetarium is the only one in North Central Florida. Since 2006, the Kika Silva Pla Planetarium has been enriching the learning environment for Santa Fe College students and the community. Using the latest technology, the planetarium offers immersive learning experiences for students from Santa Fe College and the University of Florida, as well as public and private school children, community groups, and the general public in North Central Florida.
