"Not happy with the experience. Wish to give 0 point. We are self-pay. The gave you a low self-pay estimate before your visit but increased the bill after every visit. Initial scheduled for 15mins, but the doctor marked 40 mins for the second visit. However most of the time we are waiting in the room,. Maybe just talked to the doctor for 10 mins. 40mins including the waiting time in the room so it can be any time. They are overcharging you, don't to there. If you don't have insurance, don't go there. They will charge you more if you don't have insurance. if you have insurance, the insurance company probably will defend it for you"

"My wife went to this location for lab work and has been there many times. They asked her if she still had the same insurance and she said yes. And everything went on as it should have.. however, it turns out her insurance is no longer in network and then knowing this they proceeded with taking my blood without informing her of the change in network. When she found out she was now responsible for the lab work bill she called them and they told her that it was her responsibility to see if Advent Health was still in her network. They asked her if she had the same insurance and she said yes. At that time Advent Health should have notified her there was a problem. This is very scammy. They should have told her and now we are stuck paying the bill. When we called our insurance company they said that it was the responsibility of Advent Health to notify us that it was out of network. Advent health is a Christian organization we expect more out of them than this and the very poor customer service we received during this problem. Tactics like this do not speak well of Advent Health. This was a bad business practice and you should be weary of any company or organization that uses scam tactics and if it wasn't a scam tactic they should have made it right and they did not and they would not and they did not care. All they had to do when my wife said yes to the question if she had the same insurance was to let her know that they had dropped accepting her insurance and all this could have been avoided... Shame on you Advent Health. Shame..."

I came in and saw my deceased grandmothers Doctors Dr. Adela Oliva and Dr. Robert Oliva and received the best of care these doctors are the best in the practice and this office has the best staff that will see patients and have a heart for them."
