"Hello Future Superior clients, I am an account manager / designer at Commercial Design Services located in Tampa, FL. I had the pleasure of working with John and his team on several projects for a Tampa Bay Area hospital that is starting to have a presence down in West Palm Beach. From start to finish, Superior was as professional as they come. They provided quotes in a timely manner and provided daily updates after the product was ordered and received. This was a challenging time due to supply chain issues. The product that was ordered in August 2021 finally finished completion in February 2022. This was not a problem for Superior. They understood and took care of everything as if it were their own client and not an intermarket project. They made my job so much easier, especially being 4 hours away. In my opinion, the installation crew is the most important part of the project. Nothing done behind the scenes matters to the client....its the final result.
