"I will never recommend anyone to go to this place. They never answer their phone and when you are able to leave a voicemail, they never call you back. Have to drive to the office just to speak to someone. The staff is horrible and don’t seem to care about their patients. Though I don’t have anything bad to say about Dr. Qureshi. So I just got a reply from the owner that says they looked at the call log and saw that I called or left a message and someone answered the phone or called me back. That is far from the truth. The only person that ever called me back was Tonya who I guess is the office manager that called me back after hours and I really appreciated that. Other than that the people in the office never answer the phone or call anyone back. So whoever is telling the owner that they do isn’t being truthful. I also never mentioned in my review anything about a co-pay in which she said in her response to me."

"I have received a denial letter from my insurance twice Denying certain procedures due to Dr. Reporting other symptoms I have not reported. I have brought it up to the Dr's attention and again receive a letter saying Dr. Reported something minimal. Also, staff do not look professional, like they just got up from bed and went to work. They tell you drama that is happening in the office. I am looking for another place."

"My mother and I have been going here for awhile now usually the service is great but now they have new people at the front and they don’t want to answer the phone she’s been calling for the past week I even called was on the phone for 10 minutes didn’t even get a hello this is integra neuro this is so and so speaking can you please hold nothing just music very poor service if you do not wish to answer the phone do not work as a receptionist with people calling about their health"

"I am never one for leaving google reviews let alone “bad” ones as I am a business owner and understand the importance of reviews but this office is absolutely horrendous in their patient service. I had an appointment to receive results for a very important test and was never contacted with my test results and when I called I couldn’t get a hold of a live person and the voice mail boxs are all full. Now I had a test performed to receive answers about my health that I can’t seem to get access to. This is peoples health and lives. As a business owner, I can say customer service is everything and this place does not have it."

"My experience with the office as a whole was great. Dr. Queshi is a well mannered person, who listens attentively to my concerns. I appreciate that he doesn't rush you out to attend to next patient.
