"Services are contracted through our property management company. If we had the choice, we would have already dropped this service. In the 9 weeks we have been in our home, the pool has been unusable for 6 weeks. We have had 4 different techs and the pool has only been brushes and vacuumed 3 times in the 9 weeks. I have called an expressed our concern with no solutions. The person who handles the calls always says they are sending someone to resolve, yet they show up and our pool is still in terrible condition. We could not be more disappointed!"

"I recently switched to Clear Tech pools for my pool service and maintenance. I am very happy! My pool looks great and the staff is very accommodating. Sharon Lime is wonderful. She schedules everything that needs to be done. I’ve had issues with my Polaris pool cleaner and I am so happy that Clear tech is taking care of them. Great company!! "Edit to add: Our recent pool tech has been incredible. So I’ve decided to update my review based on his communication, dedication to my pool and mutual respect for one another. This guy is great, I really hope they treat him right. First review: Wish I could give zero stars.. We have had to use Clear Tech for the last 3 years because our leasing company requires it. Ever since, we have had ongoing issues with reliability and quality. Our pool was “cleaned” yesterday yet only chlorine tabs were dropped in. This continues to happen and when you call customer service, they are so rude and tell you that their techs don’t make enough as if justifying why they aren’t finishing jobs… I have reached out to my leasing company to hopefully stop using this company and I suggest you do the same. Update to add that a week later at their next pool service I watched 2 techs from my office bedroom pop in chlorine tabs and leave. They were here for 4 min! Unbelievable."
